PBS Turbo carbon emissions reduction target: we have committed to reducing our carbon emissions by 50% in 2030 from a 2018 baseline.
Decrease of CO2 emissions compared to 2018 baseline is 84% actually according to 2024 values. The target is already fulfilled. GHG emission values in tons of CO2 in 2024: Total 357 t, Scope1 direct: 207 t, Scope2 indirect: 149 t.
As a turbocharger manufacturer, PBS Turbo contributes to reducing the Upstream CO2 emissions Scope 3 of engines makers with efficient turbochargers.
The new TCP series turbochargers that PBST is currently launching have pressure ratios up to 7.O, which can lead to a -5% reduction in specific engine oil consumption compared to the previous TCR series see the link.
PBS Turbo Integrated Management System fulfil requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, Rules of Classification Societies within the International Maritime Organization and Association of American Railroads requirements for Quality Assurance according to M-1003.
